This problem has been occurring for the past 2 years and recently has gotten worse. I have moved out of an apartment and into a new house and is still happening. During the day it's mostly fine with a few blips but during peak hours the ping jumps up and down so much that playing any online game is impossible. I have plugged directly into the modem and it still has these problems. Anything I can do???
I have provided the downstream and upstream info along with winmtr stats.
