[HSI] PS gamers; Download speeds with charter?

For those forum members who may do occasionally gaming on the ps3. May I ask what your download speeds are like? (not the test; but when you actually download a demo or movie). Mine are good but nowhere near what I see on PC (which I'm aware to some is a common issue on the ps3). I'm not seeing more than 25Mbps on the ps3 during early hours (not node releated, just psn). Just attempting to see if Sony caps it's bandwidth or if I'm having issues with equipment; Does Charter still throttle p2p ? Could that be the issue? Thanks;
