For the past week I have been receiving a horrible amount of packet loss and jitter. I have had the modem unplugged for literally 24 hours and that didn't work. I'm presently plugged into my modem and that didn't work either. I've also tried other computers as well. My modem's signal numbers are in proper boundaries as well. I swear that the problem lies between my modem and the first host that hits charter.
In the Austin test the jitter is fine but still the packet loss is horrible.

The trace route isn't showing bad stats because of TCP programming. However if I play a video game or surf the web I notice a HUGE lag time to load a single page.
