Trying to get Internet, but Charter is telling me the nearest tap if more than 500ft from my house and not serviceable. If they would run the tap one more power pole down I would be good, but I can't seem to find anyone by calling them that can tell me how I can get a request submitted to have this done or if they will even do it. Does anyone have any advice or know how I can get this info or get this request started? Apparently Charter support is no help, they just keep taking my info and never call me back! Any info much appreciated.
