Hey all I havent had Charter long but I cant log in to the charter to go services like Watch ESPN or TruTV 2 Go I was using my account user name and password so I called charter and they said use my charter e mail address and password which I did and it still won't work I even created a new email address just to see if it would work and it still tells me its wrong.
