I have been have extremely slow download speeds in Tuscaloosa, AL for several weeks. Usually at 7:00am, speeds are fine at 30-35Mbps, but then get slower as the day progresses. Right now they are 3.73Mbps. This sounds to me like an overloaded node. Last Friday a tech came out and basically told me what I already knew, everything was fine regarding my house and its connection. He was going to forward it over to maintenance. I have not heard anything else and my speeds are still horrible. What else can I do? Anyone know if Charter in Tuscaloosa is using 4 channel or 8 channel? I am still using a SB6121 modem. Is there a support email address for someone higher up I can use to get this situation resolved?
