[HSI] Want to get Charter High Speed Internet Access

I would like to get High Speed Internet Access at my home. My neighbors get it but for some reason I am told I am too far from the road. I would love to take advantage of the higher speeds at Charter. How can I get High Speed Internet Access at my location? Can any one assist with this problem?
