I'm an existing TWC HSI user, and chatted with EarthLink on Monday. Everything sounded good, so I told them to go ahead and sign me up. Now it's been about 4 days, and I'm not sure what I should be seeing on my accounts. My EarthLink account shows that I have "EarthLink Cable Internet", and my TWC account looks the same as it always has ("Standard Internet.... Ultimate Internet Upgrade").
Are there further steps that I need to take to get completely switched over to EarthLink?
