Been getting a large amount of packet loss to the St Louis area for the past week...several times throughout the day I have had total loss of internet signal for 10-15 minutes... I guess I would understand if they were working on it and gave notice on their website but I cant find anything and online support is as useless as over the phone... anyone else.
I can provide a pingplot screenshot for 1111hrs today from me to google.com or charter.net
