Kind of a long shot posting here but I'm not sure where else to go.
Charter is my ISP and I have an EC2 Amazon Instance on us-east-1 that is being used to host an application my company uses (which has worked fine for almost a year now). Starting some time last night / morning, we are having troubles with slow access / time out errors when the client software is trying to communicate to the host.
Did the normal troubleshooting, even connected a laptop directly to the modem with the same results. It seems to be isolated to Charter because the connection works fine when I use my Verizon hotspot or if I connect out through a VPN.
Trace Route doesn't really seem to show a problem and Charter isn't being much help of course as it seems to be a pretty isolated issue.
Any suggestions?
