So since last night I've had a problem come up where I rebooted my box, and when it turns on, it'll start out by displaying noCA, then go to noCP. However, instead of halting on the Cisco initialization screen, the software will continue to download as normal. The display on the box is going back and forth between showing the usual L-10, L-8, L-7 and noCP. The box also works as normal, and all subscribed channels can be viewed too.
The difference comes up when I go into the diagnostic menu and notice that under CP Provisioning, its status shows as Failed (3), whereas normally it would say Ready.
Is there any way I could fix this myself, or would I have to contact Spectrum? I left it on overnight and it was still flashing, and then unplugged it for a few hours and it's also still flashing.
Thanks!
