- Increased price from 50 to 55 for some bs reason
- Replaced CHAT NOW on site to goto that worthless virtual assistant instead of live operator
- Plus w/e else they done to me that I forgot about
Good support though, always liked their support. charter best support i ever dealt with. AT&T is worst support i ever dealt with, i always get an idiot when I call AT&T for sales or support. It's to the point where I wish ATT would just outsource to india cos i've gotten a billion times better support from someone who barely speaks english than an american att rep. but ya this isnt my att rant thread so back to charter..
As much as I hate ATT Support, their service is great... not fast as charter but fast enough for my needs. already got dsl modem/router for them from 2006 that my sis used in 2012 so i know it still works great for att... i'd switch today if their pricing wasnt gay in my area: $51 for 6mbps / 0.5mbps
its okay though, maybe google will work faster at covering the entire US since their american instead of trying to help third world countries after they get done helping rural america. then once all the old people die out, charter will go bankrupt if they dont drop their prices
