Hi - I'm seeing in my Account->Internet Internet Status: Connection Issue. I restarted the modem, it improved, but I'm still experiencing some latency. I never saw the internet status issue until recently. Especially after I downgraded by TV service to Basic. Not sure if there's a link (paranoid).
Contacted Support via twitter - They said they see the signal issue & want to know if they can send a tech. out. I said I no. I don't want to get charged for it. My internal wire is ok. Not sure what to do..
I'm in New Fairfield CT.
