Finally got 8-channel bonding here in LA, CA using my new SB6141 (white, retail) modem. Can someone take a look at my downstream and upstream signal numbers and tell me if they are good or if they can be improved. Thanks.
Also now that "Charter Direct" is gone, what is the best way to contact Charter HSI Support Techs (Tier 2, Level 2, etc) that have more knowledge/experience than their entry-level phone support?
