Ok so in April I made the switch from residential to business internet with Charter. The wife started a home business and between that and my VPN to work from home I knew we would break the bandwidth cap on the residential service. So far the biggest PITA had been the modem a SMCD3GN2. It seems about every 3rd night we have a connection interruption. It isnt long maybe 4 minutes on average but its getting really old. Before the business switch over I had a Cisco DPC3010 which I owned and didnt have any issues with but was no longer allowed to use on the business account because "they didnt have full control over it". They locked me out of all but the status page for it so wth ever.
Now with no Charter online presence is there anyone I can turn to who will get me the support I need, to stop this unneeded down time?
