Internet service out since Saturday(7/20)- Flowery Branch GA

Here is my situation. It's a tad long but this is everything I've gone through since Saturday in an effort to get my Internet restored. A bad storm came through my area this past Saturday and knocked all Charter services out in my area, which for me is just internet service. I called to reported an outage and was told that technicians were working on it. Later that night I saw a technician in front of my house so I went out to ask him if he had a time frame on when it would be back up. He said about 30 minutes. When I got up the next morning it was still out. I called again to see what the status was. The CSR told me that everything looked ok in my area but they couldn't connect to my modem. I checked it and it was going through what appeared to be a bootloop cycle, where it would try to boot up and just keep resetting itself. The CSR put me on hold then came back and informed me his supervisor was on the phone with dispatch trying to figure out what the issue was and if they could get someone to come out asap. He said he would call me back. I never received a call back. I woke up Monday morning and it was still in the same state. A technician did come out on Monday, which I didn't even schedule. He looked at the modem and then checked outside. He said he was waiting on a line technician to come out. He left shortly after that and no one else ever came. I called again that evening and informed a CSR of my situation. She said her supervisor was on the phone with dispatch and was having a technician come out Tuesday morning between 8am-10am. I verified the date and time numerous times with the CSR. I took the morning off work but no one showed up. I called again around noon on Tuesday and was informed that my appointment was for 7/26 between 8am-10am, which is definitely not what the CSR told me multiple times the day before. He said his supervisor would call dispatch and call me back within 30 minutes. I waited 2 hours and never got a call back. I called and talked to a supervisor myself and he said he was calling dispatch personally and would try and get someone out there today(Tuesday) but it was a 50/50 chance and he would call me back in 15-20 minutes. I waited 3 hours and never got a call back. So I called again and talked to a different supervisor and he said that I didn't get a call back because dispatch never responded to them. He sent over another request for a technician to come out and said they would call me as soon as they got a response from dispatch. I have received zero calls from Charter and no technician has come to my house today. :mad: Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next? I went to the Charter location near my house and exchanged my modem hoping that was the problem but it's doing the same thing as the one before. I'm about at my limit with them. :mad:
