Hey guys been surfing through the forums and haven't quite found the solution to my problem. I have an Arris TM822 modem. Over the past couple of weeks (more frequently over the past few days) I have had rebooting issues with my modem. At random times all of the lights except the power and DS light turn off. The DS light turns orange and the power light stays green. A Charter tech came out earlier today and brought a new modem but the problem still happens. I've called charter multiple times and each time all I get is "We aren't seeing any issues with your modem." Don't know if it has anything to do with it but it seems the reboots happen more often when I'm playing games such as World of Warcraft. Since calling Charter has not produced a solution I was hoping to find a resolution here. Thanks for your time.
