We're going to be moving into a new house in a few months that's currently under construction in Rochester, MN. Charter does have service in that area but I know from the utility markings that it's on the other side of the road. We're one of four lots that were developed and added to the neighborhood last summer and all the other houses are on the other side of the road.
When should I be getting in touch with Charter so they can get work scheduled to trench service (or use one of those machines that bores underneath roads) to our side of the road? I don't want to get into a situation where I call a week before our house is finished to schedule service and find out we have to wait weeks or months for them to get a box in on our side of the road.
