Just wondering if anyone out there has switched over to Charter Business from residential to save money over the long-term. Specifically at least TV and Internet.
My current promotion is about up and from what I have been reading it is unlikely they will give me another promotion. I have been happy with Charter but a 50% increase in my bill is ridiculous.
If you have switched over charter business, how long of a contract did you sign? 3 years, 5 years? What price/package did you get with your contract? Do you know if you can get premium channels on Charter Business?
Or if you have recently renegotiated your promotion successfully what is the going rate, since they don't advertise it or post it on their website anymore?
