Charter has this:
quote:Anonymous Call Rejection
Anonymous Call Rejection enables you to reject calls from anyone whose Caller ID information is blocked. The caller will automatically receive a message that you are not accepting Caller IDblocked calls, and will be advised to unblock his or her number and try the call again.
Which does what it says, however, robo calls & others that keep calling at all times of days, and never leave a message THOSE are the ones that need blocking.
Charter has this for those #'s:
quote:Call Screening
Call Screening allows you to automatically route up to 12 selected incoming phone numbers to a polite message stating that calls are not being accepted at this time.
The problem here is, that you only have 12! Why is there a limit on these highly annoying calls ?
The reps on the phone usually have no idea what you are talking about.
It would also be nice if Charter would allow you to manage those numbers online...
(Yes, I know that Charter isn't officially here anymore, but, Charter people still read this section, so here is hoping that someone can pass the info on to people that know about these things)
