[Email/WebMail] Haven't been able to send mail for 2 days

Just checked, thinking my weekend problems were due to maintenance or something, but it's now going on day 3. All messages are rejected according to my browser, yet some go into my "Sent" folder and some into the "Drafts" folder. My friends confirm none are being received though. This makes me wonder if they have made some server changes and my Mozilla based mail program is no longer working? I use SeaMonkey which is basically the same as Thunderbird and I've never had any problems with Charter mail service [pop] before. The Charter mail server is obviously working, because they have been delivering most of my mail to me, just not sending my messages. Anyone else having this problem, or have any suggestions?
