I am in wi. and Charter just sent me a Pace HD tv box, the 900 channel disappeared after I called and talked to a tech. Now I am having problems with the auto tune.what is happening is when I select a channel say ch 5 which is broadcast in hd but does not play in HD unless I go to ch605. The booklet that came with the box said that when auto tune is selected It would automatically go to the true HD channel, the book does not match what is on the screen. Called again and phone tech tried to reprogram tv box with no luck, sent out a tech and he said nothing is wrong but did not like the box, and if I want to watch true HD I have to go to ch 605, I cannot hit button 5 and have true HD
