having total Internet & Digital phone drops from Charter

Howdy, this issue is annoying as heck mostly random but some are predictable going on for about a week first time was stutters and AD's in web pages not showing then went down hill from there now as of last night everything goes out totally lose all connections, Several things here. Extreme latency/ping! times when gaming when its a MMO or more simple like bigfish games, drops happen every 30 - 50 seconds and you can feel it in the play or movement of the characters or the mouse like bigfish games you click on a ball and nothing happened then everything speeds up super fast to catch up or you get disconnected. The Digital Phone shares the internet line (phone box & cable modem separated) You can totally hear some one on the other end crystal clear but the outbound voice on my end is broken up like a cellphone in a bad area, its what I am told. The time of day when all this starts is predictable mostly when the above events start happening the internet goes kaput not long after requiring a total power cycler of the phone box, cable modem, router, cordless phone & all PCs or devices connected. Some times the phone box takes 10 minutes to bring up a dial tone and the cable model will work fine usually after 2 restarts. Had the 2nd tech out here in less then 3 days he disconnected two illegals and replaced a bad end, 2nd trip he separated the phone & cable modem, things got worse after that. •Have you performed a: traceroute? yes modified tracert (if tracert does not work)? yes and it worked line quality test? have that to tweak test? also have speed test? and this one to checked your signal levels? also this WILL ADD SECOND PAGES WITH INFO IN A BIT!
