I have been trying since October to have a cable buried that runs across my lawn and driveway as well as my neighbor's. I called on 4 occasions only to be told that the work was scheduled for X date. Still waiting. This is a nuisance and tripping hazard and I'm at my wit's end. Short of cutting the line, what else can be done?
