I heard that Charter is bumping the speeds to 60/4. What, exactly, is the point of this? They really should bump the upstream as well. During a download (30mbps), I'm eating ~1.5mbps of upstream (the nature of TCP). I can only image what will happen when downstream speeds increase.
To me, 60mbps would be useless unless they doubled the upstream as well. A 60/10 would be perfect (doubling our current Bresnan 30/5 package).
