[CATV] Suggestions requested on alternative to charter boxes

I've read through threads here but don't want to derail someone elses thread. We have one main tv that has a charter box already. A second tv is used mostly for game playing and internet access. It has multiple game systems available to it and is already hooked up to a computer. We have 2 more moderately used tvs that are not used daily and 2 rarely used tvs (in guest rooms). We also have charter internet. I'm not going to pay $42 more dollars a month to have exactly what I used to have available. I cannot justify that cost. I understand why they are going all digital and why they are encrypting their channels. I'm not here to debate their business policies. I'm just here to get suggestions on what I can do to maximize my services and minimize my costs. If I'm going to end up paying more, I'd rather pay it to amazon prime and netflix or to purchase my own equipment. So far I have considered the following alternatives: 1) Stay with charter with only the one main tv on the box and look for alternatives for the other tvs. 2) Drop charter cable service and look for alternatives on all tvs. I do have amazon prime already which I use to watch shows on my computer. I have been considering purchasing an Amazon FireTV. My parents live in the country and use an antennae to receive a few channels. I've considered using antennas on the two rarely used tv's. I would greatly appreciate suggestions on alternatives to using the charter boxes.
