Hello everyone, My roommates and I have cable internet and television service from Charter. Without fail, approximately 1-3 times each day the modem will disconnect and so far the only solution that we have found is power cycling the modem. Our setup: One cable comes into the living room from outside. This cable is connected to a device that is plugged into a power outlet that says "Antronix ARPI-2000M Power Inserter." The cable from the outside is connected to "TO AMP" and the other cable going to the cable box and modem is connected to "TO TV". This cable then goes to a splitter labeled "Antronix 2-Way Splitter CMC2002U." Both outputs are labeled "-3.5 DB OUT." Of course from here one cable goes to the cable box and the other goes to the modem. I have checked all of the connections and they are secure. The modem is connected to a Linksys WRT 120N wireless router. Previously we were using a Buffalo wireless router and experienced the same connectivity issues. When the disconnect does occur, the send and receive lights are blinking. Sometimes only one of them blinks and the other light remains solid. The link light also goes solid instead of blinking when the disconnect occurs. Modem information: Model Name: SB6121 Vendor Name: Motorola Firmware Name: SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.6-SCM00-NOSH Boot Version: PSPU-Boot(25CLK) 1.0.12. Hardware Version: 5.0 Serial Number: 332579215634391501012008 Firmware Build Time: Apr 17 2012 15:09:37 I have attached a screenshot of both the log and signal information. Any help or steps in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need additional information about the router configuration or anything else. Thank you, Colin
