For the past few weeks, my modem has been losing connection on occasion. Like once a week for a few hours.
Today, It's been out most of the day. It will connect, the after a few minutes, like 2 minutes, the modem disconnects and tries to reconnect for several minutes. When it finally does connect, it lasts 2 minutes, then the whole process starts over again.
It has actually been up for the last 15 minutes without losing connection, so now I don't know if it is me or Charter.
These are my modem levels. Do They look normal?
