So ive been a contractor for Charter for quite some time,
I bought a house in a sub-division a couple of months ago not knowing my address is UN-serviceable. /slap in face
My house is in Phase 2 of the development, Charter services all of Phase 1,
There is a tap at the start of my street, i am 800ft away from it i consulted charter business today and got the usual "We will pay up to $5000 to bring it your way."
Technically only need it 600ft closer, then id be within 200ft of a ped/tap and would be serviceable.
Hopefully it goes through i know the node it would be on is far from being over loaded.
What are you guys experience with Charter doing build outs like this? Ive always done in house installs never really dealt with any of this.
