I'm in the Casper, WY area. Two channels in particular, AXSTV and BBC World News, are missing from the Casper line-up when Charter Spectrum carries them in nearby areas like Cheyenne, Laramie, Riverton, etc. I called today and asked why Casper didn't have them, and I was told that it was because that Charter was still in the process of merging, and that certain issues would be solved in about three weeks to allow those channels in the Casper area. Was I being given the run around? It makes little sense that those channels would be available in areas pretty close to Casper, but not Casper itself. Any insight or similar issues here? Thanks.
