[HSI] 30/6 download speed has dropped to 7Mbps down

For about a week or two I have noticed severe slowdowns (down only) dropped from 15Mbps to about 7Mbps (4Mbps up). The only clue I have is it looks like my firmware was updated on my Arris modem on 11/13.
