[HSI] Bad Issue Resolution

This post is just informing on the current bad resolution to simple issues with Spectrum cable. This NEW spectrum service has been terrible. From the customer service calls to the email log in, down to the installation. Just a complete breakdown. Nobody should have to wait for a service company to figure out simple resolution steps to connect a line. I have had to make 3 separate appointments, all which came to install and simply put, just not want to go that extra bit to get the job DONE! I even had a customer service rep tell me it was my responsibility that thier company had access to THEIR LINES from a neighbors yard, two houses away. How am I supposed to know where this access point is! How is it my fault that their people don't care to do the work and come with solutions and not just EXCUSES.
