I'm unfortunately having to move from my house with Google Fiber to a temporary home with only Charter available. I've read this forum and all the bad comments about the DVR's so I'm getting a Tivo Bolt and Mini.
I just ordered service and already got the runaround on CableCARD (Now that we're Spectrum we don't do cablecards anymore). I pointed out the website stated they are available. (aren't they still required by law?) Luckily they told me they were still available.
Considering that anyone (particularly in the Kansas City area) have any experience with getting the cablecard activated?
