I went into the local Charter Office today and was told starting Jan 1st 2014 my area will be 100% digital. She claims my area is one of the last areas to go all digital. So, I'm not really sure if she meant in Missouri or Nationwide. I guess we'll see starting Jan 1st if it truely is 100% Digital.
