My speeds are randomly slow, I have sometimes 20% packet loss, and pings on games i been playing for years jump around from 200-2000ms (when they are normally at about 80-120ms. I have 200mbit/50 and can barely pull 5mbit sometimes during the day.
I tried contacting TWC(spectrum) regarding my modem levels and all they want to do is "reset" the modem remotely and call it a day. They keep having me run ping/tracert's to twc.com. I tried to tell them my modem specs did not seem right and a downstream channel was not syncing but they did not respond to my questions directly. Here are my specs:

How can i get them to come out and check the line? All they seem to care about is that my internet *works* at that specific time. To call back if it "slows down again". If anyone can help, thanks!
