I have been on the phone with Charter for the last month since we moved into our new house. I have been told that they are the internet provider for our neighborhood and I have done all the steps they have advised me to do for us to get internet service. I can't get anywhere with them on the phone. Our neighbors, who are technically on a different road (we are the extension of that road) got Charter immediately after calling. I spoke to the technician while he was installing their internet and he told me that we are very close to the main line and it would be just as easy as it was for our neighbors. I called and told Charter this and after 30 minutes on the phone they always end the conversation by saying there is nothing they can do for me. This has been one of the most frustrating things I have dealt with as far as residential services.
