Constant internet reboots/TV interference issues since June!

Hey there, I am at my wits end with Charter and about to switch companies. I have been having modem reboots and TV interference issues since July 2013 (black squares/sound cuts out/picture freezing/cuts out completely). I have had techs out to my house 3 times since then. They replaced the drop, splitter, and all the connections. Finally the last time a tech was here, he literally told me there is nothing further he could do, and he gave me his managers phone number. After calling his manager repeated times when having outages, he gave me a ticket number and a phone number to an intermittent problems team. I've had THIS number for about a month now, with no resolution. Today, along with many other days, my modem log is FULL of reboots and errors... I have 2 HD boxes, one SD box, and an SB6120, I pay $200+ a month and expect better service than this... I am in the Temple City CA area and my ticket number is 277508. Please, any help or ideas would be much appreciated at this point. Thanks in advance, Frank
