every once in a while there are a few sites that for what ever reason wont load under specific ranges and right now I have one assigned, I attempted to leave my router and modem unplugged last night but it came back with the same lease. I know with prior ISPs there were some techs on the forums that could help with issues, is there any one here who can help or atleast know the key words to tell the CS reps to have them do this. cause usually theyll just have you reboot the modem but not actually release the lease.
