[TWC] How do i get IP verzion 4 from Spectrum

I have some devices that cannot and get an IP 6 Address. How can i get IP version 4 from Spectum. We all know IP 6 in new and only a hand full of ISP are using IP 6. I'm on the phone with a Spectrum tech who not from the states giving me a hard time. I know for a fact they have DHCP servers some running and giving out IP 6 address - i need to be pointed to an IP version 4 DHCP server
