I swapped to SPP the other day, and was assured by the lady on the phone that boingo hotspots would still be included with the new SPP
Well low and behold i get to work today and it's telling me "invalid password for Passpoint Secure", and when i try to manually log in, i get an error 403 stating there's no valid service on my account allowing access to WiFi.
Is there any way to fix this? or is this going to be a fight to get back on my old price plan?
The included WiFi is why i even gave in and bit the $200 fee (well that and the boxes are better than Wide Open West).. If this is the case, then that made the fee totally not worth it at all!
