Help! Splitter for Modem + Cablecard

Hi I need some help\recommendation. It was pointed out to me in another thread (https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r31139520-Upgrades-More-Channels-Bonding-in-Winchester-KY-Upgrade-imminent) that my Motorola modem screenshot showed signal 'ingress' from local affiliate channels OTA of WKYT and WLEX. I took my modem and router outside as suggested and hooked them up and the unknown modulated channels were gone. I took everything back in the house and hooked it all back up and the problem was back. The connection to the office where my modem and CableCard\Tuning Adapter live utilize the same connection. TWC put this Antronix splitter on the connection.. one feed goes to the Motorola modem and the other to the Arris tuning adapter. I took out this splitter and plugged the connection solely up to the cable modem and the ingress went away therefore it has to be the splitter causing the ingress. The problem is I don't think I can move the tuning adapter anywhere else. This splitter needs to be there. I found another splitter in my junk box (gold one pictured) and it does slightly better. Instead of 4 unknown modulated channels I only have two. Is there a way I can block out the ingress from 603Mhz and 627Mhz? What's a high quality splitter I could buy to solve the problem? Any other recommendations?
