For now paying $19.99 Looking at another option that is free or paying to get started with a device. I want something that is reliable and includes 911. We also have cell phones. But, land line we do not use all that much. I know my internet price will go up as well. Since we only have internet and phone. Looking at netTALK DUO which looks interesting atm.
