In mid February, my promo pricing expires with Earthlink and I intend to switch back to Time Warner/Spectrum Internet. How do go about this especially when it comes to getting the promo pricing? I'm pretty certain, I'd still get to retain new customer promo pricing (unless that policy has changed). I do know that I shouldn't need a disconnection in order for this to happen as when I switched from TWC/Spectrum to Earthlink. When reapplying for TWC internet, should I sign up as a new customer or just talk to the local TWC/Spectrum office? Anyways your help and feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
