Internet constantly disconnects and have to power cycle modem

Long story short: since last month, my internet started disconnect randomly and it can happen anytime of the day. If I power cycle my modem then everything goes back to normal. I have called Charter but they said they didn't see any problem on their side. I have also replaced the modem but it still happens all the time. I have attached some pictures for event logs and signal. However, no all disconnect appears in log, as you can see, I just had one disconnect 40 minutes ago.
