I just thought I would pass along this link to access the Rate Card information for Charter services in your local area. This is buried deep in the site and sometimes we want to know what the extra charges are for service charges, install charges, custom wall fishes, regular pricing (after promos), etc., etc. without having to attempt to get one at the local office not to mention the fact that prices vary so much from area to area. Hopefully Charter will keep the PDFs updated on a regular basis.
