[Other] Getting Charter at our new place

Hey guys! Just wanted to get your opinions on our situation. We recently bought a farm, with an existing house, that is right on a pretty major highway with Charter internet run along it. An old lady lived in the house that never got Charter hooked up. Here is our problem. Charter's info shows that we are 1100 ft from the nearest tap. On the phone they pretty much say, "Internet is not available at your location, next question please." My dad and brother drove down to our nearest office, approx 20 minutes away and the lady there said the same thing. However, she said she would email someone and see if they couldn't look at it and tell us for sure. That has been several weeks and of course he never got back to us yet. Well, we kinda need the internet and phone for the farm, so I started looking into this and doing some research. The best I can tell, we have a node/tap hanging right over our driveway, see attached picture. According to Google maps that puts us at only 750 ft away from the tap. And we have other buildings that could have cable run to them that are even slightly closer. The only way I can figure out that they got 1100 ft is that if you put our address into google maps it shows the address pin 1100 ft away from the end of our driveway which is obviously incorrect. So my question is, is that for sure a tap that they would use to run internet/phone? If so, shouldn't that be close enough that we could get service? There are other houses on the same road that are 700 ft plus away from the road and have Charter. Do you guys have any advice on how we should proceed to get Charter to come out and get us hooked up? Thanks in advance!
