I am starting to see regular 100% packet loss for internet traffic. During these peaks, every time I've noticed them, I have checked the phone, and the phone is working. Anyone have any suggestion on what the cause could be? Hard to get a tech to see the issue, if they aren't here when it happens. Of course when I called Charter their tech was like "wow.. your modem has been up for 43 days.. You should really power it down for 5 min.." So I did, fully knowing that wasn't going to fix it, but must do what they say or they won't help you..
Anyone have an idea how to get this resolved? I work from home, and having these dropouts hinders me.
