I've been going through Charter Tech support for about 3 months now trying to resolve a RDNS issue that is causing my email server to pop up on the SORBS DYNA blacklist. We've run our own mail server for years here in Asheville, NC. with no issues, but now I cant get a delist due to this RDNS issue. I have 7 support ticket numbers for this (they keep closing them after nothing gets done for a week or two) but it never gets anywhere. I don't think I've gotten a single tech who has the faintest of clues as to what I'm asking. At this point I just need to know how I get this issue in front of the right person who can resolve it. :mad:
