I've had 5 tech out to pair a cable card with a Tivo. To make a long story short, the last tech called NOC (5/11) and spoke to someone that said the Headend software changed and they were working on it (with Tivo) and hope to have a fixed soon. Something about frequencies. I'm in STL. Does anybody know if it's fixed and I can call and get my Tivo pared now?
