Anyone else see this new ad on television yet.
It is situated in a "supposed call center" . A guy is standing in the center telling the audience how efficient, professional, and knowledgeable the CSRs are and how Charter customer satisfaction is the "highest ever". LOL
It was very amateurish and frankly patronizing to existing customers.
I will say that the tier one phone CSRs are polite, and friendly, and they really do try and help but honestly they are for the most part unable to address anything but the most simplistic issues. If it ain't on the script they are clueless.
This is one more reason why Charter needs to bring back the
Social Media group.
Tom, just because you made a commercial about how good your "call center is" doesn't mean it actually is able to solve real problems effectively.
